The Baltimore City College Alumni will be participating in the Summer Bridge Program at BCC. Summer Bridge is an orientation program for the incoming freshman class. In 2007, alumni president, Jacob Howard ‘74, came up with the idea of having a scavenger hunt for the incoming freshman class. Each student was given a list of questions pertaining to the history and tradition of City. The students had to tour the building in order to answer some of the questions. The questions asked were centered around items in the building, history and traditions of Baltimore City College. Again this year, the BCCAA will sponsor the scavenger hunt. Each student will be given a list of questions to complete. The first student to correctly answer the most questions will receive a $75 gift certificate to the school store. Other prizes will be $50 and $25 gift certificates and tickets to City-Poly game. On Aug 8, 2010, in the school auditorium, the Alumni Association will make its presentation to the incoming class of 2014. All Alumni are welcome to attend. |
