USAF Ret., BCC Hall of Fame member, and BCC Class of 1958, who died on August 3, 2015, have been scheduled. The details are: Family Hour on Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 10:00 until 11:00am to be followed by the funeral service at Alfred Street Baptist Church-301 S. Alfred Street-Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Armour was the first African-American to graduate from the A Course at City, an USAF fighter pilot during the Vietnam War, and delivered an address to the graduates at the commencement for the Baltimore City College Class of 2008. |
