Jacob joined CB Richard Ellis when the company acquired Trammell Crow Company.  Mr. Howard works on the Bank of America account as a Property Manager. Mr. Howard manages 62 retail banking centers located in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, the Eastern Shore and Southern Maryland. Jacob plays an active role in maintaining the integrity of retail banking centers and works closely with Regional Managers of the bank.

Mr. Howard has over 25 years experience in Property Management industry. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Howard as a Property Manager for Trammell Crow, Charles E. Smith, MNC Financial, Otis Warren Real Estate Services and Edgewood Management.
