The Baltimore City College Hall of Fame Selection Committee announces the induction ceremony for the Hall of Fame, Class of 2007. The ceremony, which marks the fiftieth anniversary of the Hall of Fame, was held at the school auditorium on Friday, October 26, 2007
 
This year's inductees are:
Robert D. Hormats '61 Thirty years of service, nationally and internationally, Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs, and Company.
 
Jacob D. Howard, III '74 Twenty-plus years of continuous service to BCC
 
Julian L. 'Jack' Lapides '49 Thirty years of service to Baltimore City and the State of Maryland. The First Citizen award winner
 
Webster Samuel Lewis, Jr. '61 Thirty years of service to the arts, humanities and music as a conductor, composer, arranger and producer.
 
Herbert 'Hunky' Matz '32 Sixty years of contributions to Baltimore City, the State of Maryland and Baltimore City College.
 
George Howard 'Jerry' Phipps   Fifty years of dedicated service to fitness, education, coaching and officiating.
