Adam Milam '04
3 Year Term
After graduating from Baltimore City College in 2004, Adam attended The Johns Hopkins University, graduating in 2008 with a B.A. in Public Health Studies. While at Hopkins, Adam co-developed an undergraduate course on Urban Health and Advocacy, volunteered with several community-based organizations, and interned with State Delegate Shawn Z. Tarrant (MD-40th) in Annapolis. Adam continued his education at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH), obtaining a Masters of Health Science in Mental Health in 2009. He is currently pursuing a PH.D. in Mental Health at JHSPH, focusing on environmental strategies to prevent youth exposure to violence, alcohol, and other drugs. Adam was elected to the board in 2010 and currently chairs the membership committee.
